(a) a Chairperson, being that person appointed by the Council from its membership to hold the position of Chair of the ACO Finance and Risk Committee (ACO Council Member) - Denise Gronow, ACO Honorary Treasurer
(b) the Director of the NVRI - Professor Michael Ibbotson
(c) the CEO of the ACO - Maureen O'Keefe
(d) one philanthropic representative, appointed by Council - vacant
(d) the President of the ACO (ex officio voting) - Professor Konrad Pesudovs
